Team leader for analytics department at a small consulting company working with multinational companies in the aerospace industry, including airlines, air traffic control, and training organizations. Responsibilities include:
- Provide statistical and technical advice to executive team, including developing client proposals and guiding internal technical decisions
- Develop automated data cleaning, validation, and reporting systems to improve department efficiency using rmarkdown/quarto, targets, pointblank, and tidyverse packages in R
- Work with external technical contractors to develop an improved data collection system using python and Google Cloud products.
